About me
Greetings! I am Leon Klein, a PhD student in the mathematics department at Freie Universität Berlin, where I am fortunate to be working under the guidance of Frank Noé.
In 2022, I had the incredible opportunity to contribute to the AI4Science team at Microsoft Research as a visiting researcher.
My PhD research explores the fascinating realm of Generative Modeling, Normalizing Flows, Physics Constraints in Neural Networks, and the enhancement of Molecular Sampling techniques. By exploring these areas, I aim to make significant contributions to the intersection of machine learning and computational science.
Prior to embarking on my doctoral journey, I successfully obtained a master’s degree in Physics.
In my spare time, I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, web development, ballroom dancing, playing the piano, and indulging in my favorite card game, Magic: The Gathering.
